Youth Development Coordinator

The Community Partnership is seeking a full-time coordinator for our Youth Development Department. This position is responsible for initiating and maintaining regular contact with foster youth through visits and classes. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work with sensitivity to and acceptance of individual needs and differences, the ability to conduct oneself in a professional manner, particularly in the handling of confidential information, as well as in relations with personnel, facilities, and the community. A Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, psychology, or other related fields from an accredited college or university is required. Home Visiting Specialist

The Community Partnership seeks a full-time Home Visiting Specialist to provide support to families through the Healthy Families America program model.  The Home Visiting Family Support Specialist will maintain regular contact with families, primarily through home visits, and provide referrals to other needed services, This position will provide family-focused support through in-person home visits in Morgan, Miller, and Camden counties.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in human services or fields related to working with children and families from an accredited college or university.  The individual must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
