Physical education is important for all kids, and the PEAK program is designed to help schools include ALL kids in elementary school physical education classes. PEAK provides adaptive games, equipment and inclusive activities for PE teachers to incorporate into their classes. They can choose from a variety of equipment, with a number of adaptive sports activities available in each unit.
The PEAK program is free of charge to participating area schools. The Partnership staff picks up and delivers the equipment, rotating it throughout Phelps County schools every four to six weeks.
