The Partnership serves not only Phelps County, but surrounding counties and others in the state, 15 counties in total. Eligibility and counties served varies depending on the program.
- Capable Kids and Families serves-- Callaway, Cole, Crawford, Dent, Franklin, Gasconade, Iron, Laclede, Maries, Osage, Phelps, Pulaski, Texas, Lincoln and Jefferson.
- Caring Communities serves-Phelps, Texas, Pulaski and Maries.
- Community Work Support Program serves - Phelps, Pulaski, Texas, Maries, Crawford, and Dent.
- Early Care and Education serves-Phelps, Maries, Dent, and Crawford.
- Girls, Inc. serves-Phelps.
- Fit Phelps serves- Phelps County and, this fall, Salem (in Dent).
- Independent Living Program serves-Maries, Phelps, Pulaski, and Texas.
- Linking Hearts serves youth across the state of Missouri.
- Smile Mobile Dental Unit serves-Gasconade, Crawford, Dent, Texas, Pulaski, Laclede, Phelps, and Maries.
- Young Parents serves-Phelps.
- Youth Employment Skills serves-- Phelps.
